Infrastructure

Primary production node. Closest to HyperLiquid exchange servers and Ethereum RPC endpoints. All trade, orderbook, funding, and on-chain data is collected here with minimal network latency.
💾 R2 Data Lake (Global)
All data is archived to Cloudflare R2 (S3-compatible) in Apache Parquet format. Hive-partitioned by date for efficient historical queries via DuckDB, Spark, or any Parquet reader.
🔍 Data Quality Practices
- Dual timestamps: Every record has
time_chain(source timestamp) andtime_local(ingestion timestamp) for latency auditing - Partition deduplication: Hive partitioning by date prevents cross-contamination between collection runs
- Circuit breakers: Automated alerting on data staleness, schema drift, and ingest failures
- Snappy compression: All Parquet files use Snappy compression for fast columnar reads
